NISSHO Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") is thoroughly committed to observing business ethics and complying with laws and ordinances. The company recognizes that protecting personal information, an important asset of all of our customers, is a serious social responsibility, and has set its privacy policy as outlined below.
- 1. Obtaining personal information includes collecting information relating to providing products and services, after-sales, and for new product development, or to obtain personal information to the extent necessary all types of questionnaires or the like.
- 2. The personal information given to us by our customers will be used to the extent required to achieve the purpose for which it is being used. In addition, we may contract with an external contractor to process personal information to in order to provide our customers with better services. When contracting an external contractor, we will select only those who handles personal information appropriately, handle the necessary issues so that information is properly managed by the contractor. We also strive to protect all personal information.
- 3. The Company will not provide personal information to any third party without the customer’s consent, except in cases in which it is jointly used within the company or the information is being provided to business contractor. However, this does not apply when it is based on laws and ordinances, when it is necessary to protect human life and property, or when it is necessary to cooperate with public authorities such as the police and courts.
- 4. In the event that a customer requests disclosure of their own personal information, the company will disclose that personal information to the customer without delay, excluding when it can significantly interfere with the company’s business operations, or when there is the concern that it can endanger the life, body, property or other rights of that individual. Furthermore, if the customer requests corrections, additions, deletions, or a cessation of use or erasure of their personal information, the company will comply with an investigation without delay. If there are reasons that necessitate it as a result, the company will reliably implement those requests.
