This introduces some FAQ regarding Z CLEAN™.

• How is Z CLEAN™ to be discarded?

  Dispose of Z CLEAN™ in the same way as the resin used.

• Can Z CLEAN™ be used alone or is it better to blend it with something else?

  Z CLEAN™ is “Ready to use” by itself. Depending on the purging operation,
  it can be effective when blended with other resin (post-molding and the like) Consult with us for details.

• Is it safe for hot runner molds?

  With the exception of some grades, it can be used with most hot runner molds.

• Is it easy to peel off after removing the screw?

  Z CLEAN™ easily peels off the screw.

• What happens when the usage temperature is exceeded?

  Base resin, additives and the like can degrade.
  Use within the usage range to avoid smoke being generated.

• Is Z CLEAN™ safe?

  This is a safe cleaning agent that does not generate any toxic gases and has very little odor.
  Z CLEAN™ has cleared the standards for foods, and additives.
